The water quality of residual organic matter in ultrapure water can be confirmed by the amount of total organic carbon (TOC). Elga's TOC monitor measures the resistivity values before and after the UV lamp and calculates and displays the TOC value in real-time. Batch-type TOC monitors output measurement values 5 to 10 minutes after sampling, which may differ from the actual water quality at the time of sampling. Real-time monitoring measures every 2 seconds and shows a high correlation with the measurements from TOC meters, making it sufficiently reliable as a low-concentration TOC meter. **Advantages of Real-Time TOC Monitoring** - Since measurement values are displayed every 2 seconds, the displayed values are always consistent with the water quality at the time of sampling, providing peace of mind. - Sudden increases in TOC within the system can be detected before sampling ultrapure water, preventing the collection of water with insufficient purity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
